Marko Mlikotin, President of River City Communications, has a diverse background in public affairs, politics and campaign management. Prior to founding River City Communications, Mlikotin worked for two California Governors and a Member of Congress. Mlikotin has served on several business and public sectors boards and commissions and is a graduate of the University of Southern California.
